For ten years, I’ve moved through boardrooms and village meetings, research labs and media studios, learning one truth: real change happens in the spaces between people. My career has been about tending those spaces—not with grand gestures, but through patient, deliberate connection.
Early on, I noticed how often good ideas faltered—not for lack of merit, but from missing the human element. A policy brief ignored because it spoke in jargon.
